In this IMG activity, you assign duty stations to personnel area and subarea groupings.

You must maintain the IMG activities under:

  • Enterprise Structure -> Definition-> Human Resources Management-> Personnel Areas
  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Enter a personnel area in the PA field.
  3. Enter a personnel subarea in the PSubarea field.
  4. Select the duty station you want to assign to the personnel area and subarea grouping in DS field.
  5. Save your entries.

Employees located in Afghanistan are assigned with the personnel area 006. Within Afghanisthan, employees working in Kabul are assigned with the personnel subarea 0060. These employees are assigned the duty station as Kabul and their duty station code is 0060.
