V_T7UNPAD_GA - Adjust Duty Station Grade for Mobility & Hardship

In this IMG activity, you assign the grade adjustment percentage for a the new Pay Scale group in case an employee moves from pay scale group to another.

1. Select New Entries.
2. Enter the Pay Scale Group in the PS group field.
3. Enter the validity period of the grade adjustment percentage.
4. Enter the Pay Scale Area in the PSA field. Once you enter the Pay Scale Area, the following values are defaulted in the system:
1. Pay Scale Type in the Ty. field.
2. Employee Group Subgroup grouping in the Grpgfield.
3. New Pay Scale group in the PS group field.
4. Pay Scale Level in the Lv field.
5. Enter the wage type that stores the grade adjustment value in the Wage Type field.
6. Enter the grade adjustment percentage in the Gr.Adj.% field.
7. Save your entries.
