In this IMG activity:

• You define the dwelling rent type. The dwelling rent types you specify here are available for selection in NPO Rental Subsidy infotype (0962).

• For a dwelling rent type, you specify whether subsidy or deduction is applicable.

1. Select New Entries.
2. Enter the dwelling rent type and its description in the Dwelling Type fields.
3. In Rental Subsidy Dwelling Rent Type Maintenance View section, enter the:
1. Rental method under which the employee is availing the dwelling in the Rent Method field.
2. Wage type that stores the subsidy or deduction in the Wage Type field.
4. Save your entries.
