V_T7UNPAD_RSMA - Maintain Rental Subsidy Maximum Amount

In this IMG activity, you specify the maximum rental subsidy eligibility of employees working in a particular Duty Station. The maximum rental subsidy depends on:

• Marital status

• Number of children

The system reads the information that you maintain here if the Group check box in Maintain Duty Station Rental Subsidy Settings activity is deselected.

1. Select New Entries.
2. Enter the Duty Station in the DSfield.
3. Enter the marital status in the MarSt field.
4. Select the number of dependent children in the Num. Child field.
5. Enter the validity period.
6. Enter the maximum permissible rent in the Amountfield.
7. Enter the currency of the Duty Station in the Crcyfield.
8. Save your entries.
