In this Customizing activity, you can choose and mark application components as Not Used. By doing this activity, the marked application components are invisible in the value help, which improves the user friendliness of the screen.

Assume that you mark the application component IPMO as Not Used. As a result, IPMO is no longer displayed in the value help of the Review and Approve Accruals screen unless you clear the Not Used checkbox.
