Map incoterms to incoterm versions.
When you have more than one incoterm versions, you can map incoterms to incoterm versions. You can also specify whether the additional information for location is required or not. If you don't make any entries, the system uses the standard settings.
If necessary, you can delete the mapping of incoterms to versions you have defined in the system. You cannot delete a mapping that is already being used in your production system in the following areas:
- Customer or vendor master data
- Sales, billing, purchasing, or delivery document data
Mappings delivered by SAP also cannot be deleted.
You have done the following:
- Define Incoterms
- Define Incoterm Versions
The system offers following settings for mapping incoterms to incoterm versions:

- Create new incoterm per version entries.
- Copy existing entries to new ones.
- Edit the Location mandatory and Location2 mandatory fields.
