Land is valuated based on its usage type. It is divided up broadly on the first level and can optionally be broken down further on the second level.

On the first level, such a division differentiates between developed and undeveloped land, for instance. On the second level, developed land is subdivided into single-family house, two-family house, and other usage types.

Within this menu option, you enter the usage types of the first level that are relevant for you. You can then divide them up further on the second level.
