Basic Settings for Register of Buildings and Housing (GWR)

This organizational activity describes the basic settings that you need to make to be able to use the enhancement options for the register of buildings and housing (GWR). These settings must be made before you carry out the activities for GWR localization for Switzerland.

1) Use transaction SM30 to call up view V_TBZ0A_RE (RE-FX: BDT Applications) and create a new entry for the application REAO / AOCH (description Switzerland: GWR).

2) Then make the following dialog settings under Master Data --> Architectural View --> Dialog --> Screen Layout:

  • In the Field Groups activity, create the following entries:
  • Field Group 440(GWR Description (Switzerland)) with function module REXC_AOCH_EVENT_FMOD2

  • Field Group 503 (Land Register (CH)) with function module REXC_PRCH_LR_EVENT_FMOD2

  • In the Views activity, create the following entries:
- AOCH01:
General Data group box
  • Description: GWR CH (Real Estate Description)

  • Application: AOCH01 (Switzerland: GWR)

  • Differentiation type: 0 General Data

  • Select the Entry view checkbox.


Subscreen group box
  • Program name: SAPFLREXC_AOCH_AOCH01

  • Screen number: 901

Function Module group box
  • Before output: REXC_AOCH_PBO_AOCH01

  • After input: REXC_AOCH_PAI_AOCH01

  • Screen Configuration group box
    Select the Data Screen checkbox.

Under View --> Field Groups, assign field group 440(GWR Description (Switzerland)) to the view.

- AOCH03:
General Data group box
  • Description: GWR CH (Object Relationship)

  • Application: AOCH (Switzerland: GWR)

  • Differentiation type: 0 General Data

  • Select the Entry view checkbox.

Subscreen group box
  • Program name: SAPFLREXC_PRCH_PRCH02

  • Screen number: 901

Screen Configuration group box
  • Select the Data Screen field.

Under the Field Groups view, assign field group 503 (Land Register (CH)) to the view.

  • In the Departments activity under Dialog Structure --> Sections, create the following new entries:
  • Section AOCH01, description: Real Estate Description CH

  • Section AOCH03, description: Land Register CH

  • Under the Views section, reassign the sections as follows:
    - Section AOCH01: Item 100000, View AOCH01, Description GWR CH: Real Estate Description
    - Section AOCH03: Item 100000, View AOCH03, Description GWR CH: Object Relationship

  • In the Screens activity under Dialog Structure --> Screens, create the following entry:
  • Screen: AOCH02

  • Description: Real Estate Description CH

  • Screen title: Real Estate Description (CH)

  • Under Screen Sequence --> Screens, set the required screen sequence according to your requirements.

    Example:
    Create the new screen sequence REAO, with the description "Standard". Under Screen Sequence --> Screens, assign screen AOCH02 (screen title: Real Estate Description CH)) to the relevant item.
