V_TIVXCESCDMSR - Specify Measurement Types That Modify Security Deposit

In this Customizing activity, you define all the measurement types whose data change you want to check. When there is a change in any of the data (see Example) measured by the measurement type you entered here, the system modifies the amount of security deposit.

You have defined the measurement types in the Customizing activity Define Measurement Types.

You, as a tenant, rent an office and you pay the security deposit amount to the real estate owner. Later on, you decide to rent one more room to increase the office space by an additional 15 square meters. In this case, the real estate owner updates your contract by modifying the office area and the rent amount.

If the Office Area measurement type is entered in this activity, the system recognizes the office area change, and based on the rent amount change, it calculates the security deposit amount for the delta rent amount. You must then pay this additional security deposit amount to the real estate owner.
