V_TIVXCNLWOZMIN - Specify Minimum WOZ Value

In this Customizing activity, you make settings used to calculate the WOZ points used for rent adjustment.

Note that the settings you make in this activity are considered in the following cases:

• If the construction year of the rental object is from 2015 through 2019.

• If the reconstruction year of the reental object is entered in the master data. This relates to the high-level reconstruction, which is considered in the system as if te rental object was newly built.

Select your company code, indicate the date from which the values are valid, and then specify the WOZ Minimum and the WOZ Points.

You have specified the WOZ Minimum as 110. This value represents the sum of points for the non-WOZ characteristics of a Rental Objectthat must be met or exceeded in order to automatically apply the value you have specified in WOZ Pointsas a minimum.

In this example, say the sum of the non-WOZ characteristic points is 120. This exceeds the value of 110 points that you specified as the WOZ Minimum. Say the calculated value for the WOZ characteristics is 10 points. Since the 120 points for the non-WOZ characteristics exceeds the WOZ Minimumand the calculated value of the WOZ Pointsis less than the 40 points you have specified, the 40 points are applied to the rent adjustment calculation instead of the 10 points calculated.
