In this activity, you maintain the conservation factors of conservation levels by which your rental objects or buildings have been categorized by law. The conservation level classifies the condition of your rental object or building that is required for the calculation of the amount of the rent adjustment according to New Urban Lease Act (NULA).
Note:
If the condition of your rental object or building is bad or very bad, you (as a tenant) are not allowed to apply the NULA rent adjustment calculation method. To be able to apply this method, you are required to renew the condition of the building or rental object until it reaches at least the requirements of conservation level medium.
