V_TNF13 - Assign Lots and Books to Users

In this Customizing activity, you specify the lots and books that a user can use. You also specify the work organizer that a user can print on a lot or book. The assignment relationships that you define here are automatically shown on the subscreen Invoice Printing on Prenumbered Forms in the transaction Case-Related Invoice Processing (transaction code NA30).

• You have entered your lots and books in Customizing for SAP Healthcare - Industry-Specific Components for Hospitals under Tools -> Work Organizer Management-> Maintain Lots and Books.

• You have indicated that you want to authorize the use of lots and books based on users in Customizing for SAP Healthcare - Industry-Specific Components for Hospitals under Patient Accounting -> Billing -> Set Billing Parameters.

To do this, you select the By User radio button.
