V_UDMFILEEXT2 - Define Document Category for Attachments to Dispute Cases

In this Customizing activity you define which attachments can be added to dispute cases using enterprise services.

You can still process this Customizing activity even if you are using Web interfaces for creating or changing a dispute case (Web Dynpro applications UDM_DC_MAINTAIN_PROFESSIONAL or UDM_DC_MAINTAIN_CASUAL), as these applications communicate with SAP Dispute Management using enterprise services.

You use enterprise services in order to create or change dispute cases.

1. Create an entry for each document class (MIME type) that you require. Use the input help.
2. If you want to extend the list of permitted values, in Customizing for SAP NetWeaver -> Application Server -> Basis Services -> Records Management -> Customizing for Records Models, Records, and Documents, choose Register Document Formats.
