In this IMG activity you define the complaints process variant.

You can choose between the existing standard complaints processing and the extended complaints processing. The extended complaints processing is based on Web Dynpro technology, whereas the existing complaints processing is a BSP application.

The standard complaints processing variant is active.

If you wish to use the extended complaints processing as the standard variant, you must make the appropriate settings.
