In this Customizing activity, you define the copying control for header and item texts for the creation of a PO (Purchase Order) and for a SO (Sales Order) based on a TC (Trading Contract).

You use copying control to determine which texts the system adopts from the TC to the header and item of the PO or SO.

When you maintain the text group in the trading order type in Define Text Types you can link text types in the POs and SOs.

If you use the text determination to transfer the text into the SO, check that the set up of the text determination does not contradict the configured text transfer definition.

You have completed all the Customizing activities relevant to your business requirements in Text Control.
