In this Customizing activity, you define and configure condition type groups for accrual conditions in order to control the accruals reversal, the delta accruals determination, and the accruals deferral in the condition contract settlement program.

You control the use of condition type groups for accruals by assigning them to condition contract types.

You have defined accrual condition types and assigned them to a purchasing or sales condition type group that you use for condition contracts.

You have defined condition types that serve as target condition types in the settlement run and you have entered these condition types in relevant pricing procedures for settlement documents.

  1. Choose the dialog structure Condition Type Groups for Accruals to define required condition type groups for accruals with a corresponding description in the Condition Type Groups for Accruals table.
To enter descriptions for a condition type group in other desired languages, select a line in the Condition Type Groups for Accruals table and choose Goto -> Translation.
  1. Select a line in the Condition Type Groups for Accruals table and choose the dialog structure Condition Types for Group to specify the condition types for a group.
Make sure that you specify condition types for accruals that are included in the relevant purchasing or sales condition type group of the condition contract type. You have to determine the accrual values for those condition types for which you post accruals in Financial Accounting when saving the source document.
For each accrual condition type, specify the target condition type in the relevant pricing procedure for settlement documents.
