In this Customizing activity, you specify the settings for the Check Manager tool that concern checks whether a settlement run can be performed for a condition contract.

Relevant in this context is check event 70 Check Settlement is Allowed for Contract of the Check Manager. You define check groups for this event which contain the required check classes.

In a second step you assign check groups to condition contract types.

You have created global ABAP classes in the class pool which implement the required checks and which you want to assign in this Customizing activity. Check classes for check event 70 must implement interface IF_WLF_CM_CHECK_CONTR_SETTL Check Manager: Check Whether Settlement Is Allowed For CC.

I) Choose activity Define Check Groups to define check groups for check event 70.

On the following screen, the system displays check event 70 in the Check Events table.

  1. Select this entry and choose dialog structure Check Groups.
On the following screen, define check groups in the Check Groups table.
To enter descriptions in other languages, select a table line and choose Goto -> Translation.
  1. Select a check group and choose dialog structure Checks.
Enter required check classes for the check group.

II) Assign check groups to condition contract types for check event 70.

You have two options for the assignment:

a) Choose activity Assign Check Groups to Condition Contract Types (via Contract Type) to assign check groups to condition contract types directly.

1. On the following screen, select the condition contract type in the Condition Contract Types table and choose dialog structure Check Events.
On the following screen, the system displays check event 70 in the Check Events table.
2. Enter a check group in the Group column.

b) Choose activity Assign Check Groups to Condition Contract Types (via Check Events) to assign check groups via check events.

1. On the following screen, the system displays check event 70 in the Check Events table.
Select this entry and choose dialog structure Condition Contract Types.
2. On the following screen, choose function New Entries from the toolbar to create new entries in the Condition Contract Types table.
Specify the condition contract type and assign the check group.
