WCB_CNDCONTR_CHK_BVB - BAdI: Condition Contract Check Business Volume Base

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Condition Contract Maintenance application. You use this BAdI to implement enhanced checks on the condition contract.

This BAdI uses the CHECK_BVB_FINAL method. You use this method to execute customer-specific checks on business volume base of the condition contract.

Parameters

IMPORTING:

Table of business volume base selection criteria (Type of CDS View I_CndnContrBusVolSelCriteria)

CHANGING:

• FIELDMESSAGES

This parameter holds a collection of fields along with a single check message associated with each of the fields. The standard logic ignores warning, information and success messages and treats the rest as error messages.

The BAdI has no active implementations in the standard system. It is intended for multiple implementations.

An example implementation class CL_WCB_EX_CNDNCONTR_CHK_BVB is provided in the standard system for reference.

As an example, there is a business need to ensure that field combinations can't be exclusive. This can be used to check and raise messages accordingly. Then in the BAdI implementation, an error message is raised with parameters FIELDMESSAGES as it is done in the example implementation.
