WFAI_APPL_UI_HOTKEY - Configure Application UI Hotkeys

Use this activity to define keyboard short-cuts, hotkeys, your location managers can use when entering availability, rotation and fixed/set shift information onto the following WFM pages:

• Individual Schedule

• Weekly Schedule

• Schedule Rules

This activity is optional.

You must enter a hotkey for each language. You can use the same hotkey for different languages.

1. From input help, choose the language in which the location manager logs on and is using when entering WFM information.
2. From input help, choose the function for the hot key entry:

• Open

• Close

• Unavailable

• Unscheduled

1. Enter the hotkey for the function. Do not use the same hotkey character for Openand Close.

For example, you can enter C for Close. This means that when the location manager enters C from the keyboard while entering availability information on the Individual Schedules page, WFM replaces this with the function Close.

1. Save your entries.
