WFAI_FC_COPY_HISTORY - Define Copy History Dates

Use this activity to select a configured day or week associated with a specific event and apply (or copy) the historical data for that day or week to the current week's forecast. The historical data for the days or weeks you define here are available for location managers to use within their specific location forecasts.

The copy history templates you define in this activity are available to managers when performing forecast calculations through the manager's portal. When a manager chooses the configured day or week associated with a specific event, the historical data for that day or week is used in their current week's forecast. As events can be location or region specific, managers can choose to not select copy history data.

1. Choose New Entries to define a new copy history dates template profile, or select an existing profile to maintain its values.
2. For a new entry, enter the External Key.
3. Enter the short description the system uses for display purposes.
4. Optionally, enter a long description.
5. Enter the date either of the day you want to copy or the first day of the week you want to copy.
6. Choose the type of copy you want to either for the Dayor for the Week. When selecting Week, choose the week breaker day from field help.

If you select Week, the system automatically fills in the end of week.

1. Save your entries.
