WFM includes several default and predefined personnel action types that map to codes within mySAP ERP HCM. Use this activity to define additional codes for mapping of personnel action types between WFM and HCM.

Your implementation of WFM is integrated into mySAP ERP HCM.

The following action types are predefined in WFM:

Personnel Action Type   Code
Hire   01
Transfer   34
Terminate   22
Re-Entry   15
Update   20

These default action type codes correspond to those used in HCM.

 
  1. Choose New Entries to define a new mapping for a personnel action type definition profile, or select an existing profile to maintain its values.
  2. Choose the WFM action type from field help and enter a description.
  3. Enter the HCM action type ID.
  4. Optionally, enter a long description.
  5. Save your entries.
