Schedule track gives you the means to control and standardize the scheduling process managers perform at each location. Using the schedule track feature is optional. When you configure schedule track, you complete the following activities:
When using the schedule track feature within your organization, location managers access all WFM pages through the portal link Schedule Track and must move through the standardized schedule process as defined by the schedule track activities.
Schedule track is preconfigured with the standard workforce management pages mapped to the role SAP_WFM_RETAIL_MANAGER. If you set your location managers to this role and use the standard order of the pages and actions without needing any other changes for your implementation, you do not have to make any changes within the schedule track activities.
This is the default schedule track processing order:
