WFATM_REASON_PROFILE - Define Reason Code Profile

In this Customizing activity, you define a reason code profile that contains a fixed set of reason codes. In the Site Maintenance Customizing activity, you can assign reason code profiles to organizational units to allow for different organizational units to use a different set of reason codes.

You can change the short and long text of existing profiles. You can add new profiles.

You have defined the reason codes in the Define Reason Codes Customizing activity.

1. To create a new reason code profile, choose New Entries and enter a profile code and short text and long text and save it.
2. Select your created profile and choose RCode Mapping and New Entries and enter a reason code.

Select the checkbox Available for each reason code that you want to display on the user interface of the iTime Clock Administration.
