WFA_ESG_MAP - Mapping of ESG and Default Setting Group

You use this activity when integrating WFM to mySAP HCM to map the HCM Employee Subgroup to the WFM Default Setting Group. You do not use this activity when not integrating WFM and HCM.

You have defined your locations as organizational units and created your organizational hierarchy by accessing Create Organization and Staffing (transaction PPOCE) from the SAP Easy Access menu.

You have completed the activity Define Default Group Settings.

In WFM, pay type is defined in the Default Setting Group and assigned to the employee through the manager's portal by accessing Employees -> Profile.

1. Optionally enter the location profile, the topmost level in the organizational hierarchy.
2. Enter the HCM employee group.
3. Enter the HCM employee subgroup.
4. Choose the WFM default settings group from field help.
5. Save your entries.
