WFA_IMPORT_SETTINGS - Define Import Settings

In this activity you define rules for importing actual time data from other systems.

1. Choose New Entries to define a new import settings definition profile, or select an existing profile to maintain its values.
2. For new entries, enter the Import Rule ID.
3. Choose the work area primary rule from field help. This is the work area/event that the system assigns to an actual segment that does not have a work area/event already assigned to it:

• Use closest start time of neighboring schedule segment

• Use primary work area

1. Choose the work area secondary rule from field help. When the work area primary rule is unable to assign a work area/event to an actual segment, the work area secondary rule defines the work area/event that should be assigned:

• Use previous schedule segment

• Use next schedule segment

• Use primary work area

1. Choose the break cost assignment from field help. This defines the work area to which the cost of an actual paid meal/break should be assigned:

• Use previous actual segment

• Use next actual segment

• Use primary work area

1. Enter the short description the system uses for display purposes.
2. Optionally, enter a long description.
3. Save your entries.
