In this IMG Activity, you map WFD shift types (such as work area assignments, breaks, and events) to the relevant WFD Server time allocation types.

You have defined time allocation types in the WFD Server. Define time allocation types using the following IMG activity:

Customer Relationship Management → Workforce Deployment → WFD Server → Business Settings for WFD Server → Resource Settings → Define Time Allocation Types

1. Select a segment type used in WFD from the Seg Type dropdown list.
2. Enter or choose a WFD Server time allocation type to be mapped to the segment type.
3. Save your entries.
