You can use 12 work rules to meet specific needs for your organization without having to perform any processing customization. These "special work rules" are typically grouped as pairs of minimum and maximum values. You use this activity to define the work rule text to appear on the Work Rule page of the Schedules and Employees area location managers access through the manager's portal.

This step is optional and should be used only if you are using special work rules within your implementation.

You see default text for all special work rules. You can change this text to meet your organization's requirements. You cannot change the special work rule default values.

  1. Click Change -> Display.
  2. Change the short text.
  3. Change the long text.
  4. Save your entries.
