WFDS_BUS_HCM_4 - Map Time Allocations to HCM Infotypes

In this IMG activity you map Workforce Deployment (WFD) time allocation types to SAP HCM time types. Only certain WFD time allocation types can be selected for mapping. Each entry consists of the WFD time allocation type, HCM time infotype and subtype, and a short description for the mapping.

Additionally, the existence of a mapping entry signifies that the mapped WFD time allocation type is relevant for HCM integration. Any changes in WFD to a mapped time allocation type will be propagated to HCM.

You need to know the correct HCM infotypes and subtypes that will correspond to the WFD time allocation types you will be mapping. This IMG activity does not provide a look up list for those.

To create a new mapping:

1. Make sure you are in edit mode, then choose New Entries.
2. In the first column, select a WFD time allocation type from the list of entries.
3. Enter an HCM time infotype and subtype.
4. Enter a short description for this mapping entry.
5. Save your data.
