WFDS_BUS_RS_11 - Business Add-In: Suitability of Resources by Qualifications

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in WFD Server.
You can use it to specify calculations to determine a resource's suitability, where the system compares the requirement's required qualifications and the resource's qualification offering.
A suitability rate is output according to the type of match. In addition, the system has to determine whether the resource meets all the mandatory qualifications.
You have created resources and requirements in WFD Server using qualifications profiles.
The standard system uses the /SAPAPO/CL_DEF_IM_WFM_QLT_RANK implementation.
It uses the minimum, maximum, and optimum proficiency of the qualifications required to calculate the suitability rate.
If the resource has a proficiency for a qualification that is below the minimum qualification required, the suitability rate is 0.
If the resource has a proficiency for a qualification that is above the maximum qualification required, the suitability rate is 0.
The system uses a linear calculation for proficiencies in between the minimum proficiency and the optimum proficiency. The suitability rate of the minimum proficiency is not 0; it corresponds to the relationship between the minimum and the optimum proficiency.
If only an optimum proficiency is specified, the proficiency 0 of the suitability rate equals the value of the suitability for proficiency 1. The system then applies linear calculation up to the optimum proficiency. The suitability above the optimum proficiency is 1.
If only a minimum and a maximum proficiency are specified, the suitability within the range is 1, and outside it 0.
