You use this Business Add-In in the Workforce Integration (CA-WFD-INT) component. With this BAdI, you change the workforce person details. Once you implement this BAdI, you can update workforce person structure data using the Custom Logic app. You can update:

  • User account
  • Username

  • Personal details
  • Profile details
  • Private address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Work assignments
  • Job details

  • Payment details

  • Workorder details

Note:

  • Use this BAdI only in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Complex changes inside BAdI implementation can degrade replication performance.

Do not update the validity period of the workforce person during implementation.
