WFMTM_UPDOWNLD_ACTN - Define Upload Download Action

In this IMG Activity you define how the clock or punch collection device uploads and / or downloads data to and from WFD.

1. Choose New Entries to define a new upload / download setting, or select an existing setting to modify its values.
2. Enter a unique identifer in the Upload Download Action ID field. This is used for identification and display purposes.
3. Select the action type corresponding to this setting.
4. Define whether the action should take place for schedules and punches corresponding to this week, next week, or both.
5. Define the day of the week when this particular action is to take place.
6. Define the time when this particular action is to take place.
7. Define the number of weeks that punch data should be maintained. Punch data for weeks older than the value entered here will be purged from the system.
8. Enter short and long descriptions of the action.
9. Save your entries.
