WFM_GWINBOUND_047 - Register Inbound Queues for WFD Groupware Integration

For messages that are sent between the WFD Server and the CRM middleware system to be processed without errors, you have to register and activate inbound queues.

Requirements

Because groupware integration is realized using CRM middleware, you require a CRM system.

The RFC connection to the CRM system in which groupware integration using CRM middleware is active must be made known. To do so, complete the Assign RFC Destination to CRM Middleware IMG activity.

• If you want to register and activate the queues, choose Register.

• If you want to delete the registration, choose Deregister.
