WFM_PUBLISH_030 - Specify Event Handling for WFD Objects

In this activity, you can subscribe your application systems to receive information about changes made to objects.

In the process, you specify:

  • The applications to which you want changes to objects from WFD Server to be transferred
  • The application connection (logical system and function module)
  • The WFD objects (assignments, requirements, resources, time specifications) you want to use to transfer information
  • The event type of the WFD objects (new, deleted, modified) you want to be transferred

You have set up the RFC destinations of the subscriber applications in the IMG ActivityDefine RFC Destination .

If you are using groupware integration, you also have to perform the following activities:

1. ChooseNew Entries.

2. Enter the following as application connection:

,,- the logical system of the system in which the WFD Server runs

,,- the application category subscriber GWADA

And

,,- the function module /SAPAPO/LRP_GWA_RES_MAINTAIN_S.

3. Enter the following as application connection:

,,- the logical system of the system in which the WFD Server runs

,,- the application category subscriber GWADA

And

,,- the function module /SAPAPO/LRP_GWA_WFMDATA_CONV_S.
