Specify text types for output

For every settlement document type with a text procedure assigned, you can specify which of the available text types will be included when forms are output. The default settings provided specify that all text types not defined as internal are relevant for output in forms. You can override these settings according to your needs.

For every text type, you can also specify whether the output should include texts available in the document in languages other than the default language. The following options are available:

  • Default Language Only,,- This is the standard behavior. Only texts in the default language (usually the business partner's communication language) are included.
  • Language of Sender Country/Region,,- Texts in the language of the sender's (your company's) country/region are also included.
  • All Available Languages,,- Texts in all languages available in the document are included.
  • English,,- Texts available in English (language key EN) are also included.
