SAP Fiori Settlement Document Flow: Adjust the Style of the Expanded Document Flow

In the Manage Settlement Documentsapp, it is possible to show a document flow that shows all related documents.

A distinction is made between the simple document flow that is directly shown in the Document Flowsection and the expanded flow that is called up via the Analyze button.

By using this enhancement, you can adjust the style of each node in the analyze screen of the document flow in the frontend.

Read the existing document flow from the import parameter and copy the lines you want to change to the export parameter. Then change the fields you want to change.

Fill the parameters from the export parameter as shown in the following list:

  • SettlmtDocFlowNumber
Enter the number of the document you want to change (mandatory).
  • SettlmtDocFlowDoccat
Enter the document category of the selected document (mandatory).
  • SettlmtDocFlowDocTitle
Enter the document title of a node (mandatory - cannot be empty).
  • SettlmtDocFlowGroupText
Enter the group text. By default the nodes are grouped by settlement date.
  • SettlmtDocFlowNodeState
Enter the status of a document.
  • SettlmtDocFlowNodeAddlinfo
Enter additional info from a document. It is displayed within the node (mandatory - cannot be empty).
  • SettlmtDocFlowNodeIcon
Enter the icon from document node, for example, "sap-icon://accounting-document-verification".
  • SettlmtDocFlowStyleIsChanged
Set this parameter to true ("X") to confirm that you are aware that you are changing the style.

There are no prerequisites. The settlement document flow is always shown in a settlement document.

The Business Add-In (BAdI) is by default not implemented.

Activate this BAdI in Customizing for Settlement Management.

You can use this enhancement to change the icon of the settlement document node that is displayed in the expanded document flow.
