Assign profiles for inbound personnel settlement documents to external compensation codes

You assign profiles for inbound personnel settlement documents to compensation codes provided with the external data.

In addition, you can assign an activity reason for the personnel settlement document creation. This information is often implicitly contained in the external compensation code.

Based on the personnel payment collection category field, the system will create single settlement documents per external payment file or collect the payment files into an individual settlement document when the personnel work agreement id, compensation reason and company code are the same.

You have defined the required profiles and activity reasons.

By default, the system will collect multiple payments into a single settlement document based on grouping unless the setting is changed.
