You can use this BAdI to control whether:

  • Listing conditions are actually deleted, or whether only the status of the existing listing conditions changes when you delete them
  • MVKE and MBEW segments are to be left out when material segments are generated

You can set the following parameters in method LISTING_PARAMETER_SET. To activate a function, set the relevant parameter to 'X'.

  • P_AUSLIST_STATUS

If this parameter is set to 'X', the status is set to 5 (discontinued) when a listing condition is deleted. As a general rule, this status should always be set together with P_ZEITRAUM_ERHALTEN.

  • P_ZEITRAUM_ERHALTEN

This parameter is used to ensure that expired listing conditions in deletion transactions are not removed from table WLK1.

  • P_IGNORE_MVKE_CHECK

You can use this parameter to limit the creation of MVKE segments. An MVKE record is only created for the distribution chain to which the site to be listed is assigned.

  • P_IGNORE_MARC_MBEW_CHECK

You can use this parameter to limit the creation of MBEW segments. An MBEW record is only created for the valuation area to which the site to be listed is assigned.

  • P_ONLY_WSEX

You use this parameter to ensure that status 5 is only set within the discontinuation transactions (WSE1 - WSE5). This parameter should only ever be set in connection with P_AUSLIST_STATUS.
