You can use this BAdI to modify the time-dependent data for promotions that is to be sent to SAP F&R.

If there are multiple data records (for different promotions) for a given time period and combination of material and plant, you can define which data is to be used in the calculation. This is required because, at a given point in time, SAP F&R can contain only one valid time-dependent value.

  • You have activated the function for maintaining time-dependent data for promotions.
  • You have activated the link for time-dependent data for promotions.
  • You have called transaction WRF_DISP_CON for the initial transfer of time-dependent data for promotions.
  • You have started the initial transfer of master data to SAP F&R (transaction FRE01).
  • You have started the transfer of changed master data to SAP F&R (transaction FRE02).
