This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Material Master component (LO-MD-MM). You can use this BAdI to run plausibility checks when adding and changing follow-up/replacement material relationships.

The BAdI is called when the system checks new or changed follow-up/ replacement material relationships. A check takes place in:

  • Maintenance of follow-up/replacement material relationships (transaction WRFFUART)
  • Navigating to maintenance of follow-up/replacement article relationshipsfrom the material master (transactions MM42 and MM43).
  • The reorganization of follow-up/replacement material relationships (transaction WRFFUREOG)
  • The data import interface (function module WRF_FOLLOWUP_MAINTAIN_RFC)

A method is available:

  • CHECK_FOLUP Plausibility checks for follow-up/replacement material relationships

You can only use this BAdI if your ERP system is configured as an SAP Retail System.

  • This BAdI is not active in the standard system. No default coding is executed if there is no active customer implementation.
  • The BAdI is not filter-dependent.
  • The BAdI does not support multiple use.

After you have called the IMG activity, proceed as follows:
