In the current form, the BAdI provides defined interfaces, but no implementation.

There are two ways of making customer-specific modifications:

• You can modify the result of the grouping run. SAP Retail treats the variants that act as subitems of a generic material differently here, for example, you cannot separate the subitems.

• During document generation, you can carry out customer-specific checks on item data to find common grouping criteria.

• When checking if item data is relevant for the assignment of collective numbers, you can also check against additional customer-specific grouping criteria.

• During the assignment of collective numbers, you can carry out customer-specific checks on item data for additional grouping criteria.

• When monitoring assigned collective numbers, you can add customer-specific checks.

• You can map customer-specific fields from the order list to corresponding fields in the purchase order document.
