In this step you define the attributes of the material group to which additionals belong.
The material group referred to here is always the base material group.

You specify the content of the IDoc by means of the logical message type.

With a user exit you can adjust the additionals IDoc to suit your own needs (without needing to make modifications in the SAP sense).

You should first create any reductions you intend to use.

Define the characteristics of the base material groups to which the procedures for additionals are assigned.

When selecting material groups, you should bear in mind that the Customizing setting results in the same additionals IDoc being used for every additional in a material group.

This can mean, for example, that more material groups have to be created for every ticket that is to display different data.
