Use this configuration activity to define which of the condition types used in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system are to be sent to the POS systems or used in the assortment list and POS Outbound using DRFOUT transaction. using Data Replication Framework applications.

These conditions are grouped together in a condition type group.

In the first step you define the condition type group and give it a name.

In the second step you assign the relevant condition types to a group and maintain the attributes of the condition type.

The standard version contains the condition type group "SAPD".

Usually all you have to do is create a condition type group for every country/region and POS system in use.
If you wish to allow different condition types per assortment user or usage, you must create a number of different condition type groups.

Find out which condition types are supported by the POS systems used in your company so that they can be used in the POS interface.

Select the condition types that are entered in the calculation schema for the assortment user and which you wish to analyze for changes and transfer.

In POS Outbound using DRFOUT, it is not necessary that condition types are maintained as part of calculation schema. Condition types are determined based on the condition type group configuration available in the POS outbound profile.

You should at least enter the sales price and the tax condition type.

Create at least one condition type group.

Assignment to the POS outbound profile is carried out in the step Maintain profile for POS outbound.

The condition type settings can be converted between the POS systems and SAP S/4HANA Retail for Merchandise Management, if required, in the step Conversions.
