In this IMG activity you define the match und match rate relevance of material attributes that are not assigned to a material or for which no value has been defined.

A material attribute

  • can have a characteristic value (for fields from the material basic data and characteristics from the class system)
  • can be maintainable but have no characteristic value (for fields from the material basic data and characteristics from the class system)
  • can not be maintainable because it has not been assigned to an article (for characteristics from the class system)

In this IMG activity you can set whether there is a match for material attributes that have not been assigned to an article or for article attributes for which no value has been maintained, and whether these article attributes affect the match rate.

In this Customizing view you cannot include new or delete table entries. SAP supplies five entries and you can change the value for the match.
