W_HH_CC - Assignment of Cost Centers to Plants

In this step you define the cost centers for plants in your company, which are to be admissible when account assignment items are updated during goods receipt and costs and credit memo items are updated in incoming invoices for the G/L account posting in Accounting.

You must first create the cost centers required in the system during master data maintenance for Controlling.

You can use the transaction WSRS_PLANT_COSTC to directly assign cost centers. Alternatively, you can also maintain the assignment using the administration menu for the Retail Store (this menu is found in the SAP Easy Access menu under Retailing -> Distributed Retailing). If you have to use this transaction more frequently, such as if various plants go live in succession, SAP recommends incorporating this transaction in the plant master data You can include the transaction WSRS_PLANT_COSTC in your favorites in the SAP Easy Access menu, or you could also incorporate it in a suitable area menu (such as transaction SE43).
