Use

In this IMG activity you define settings for the Extended Material Search function in the Store Order application of the In-Store Merchandise and Inventory Managementbusiness function. You do this under Basic Settings for Enhanced Material Search.For more information on the different settings, see the help function for the relevant fields.

To simplify the assignment of schemas to plants, you can define one Customizing schema as a standard and then have this standard automatically applied to plants with no Customizing schema assignments.

Activities

Proceed as follows:

Define one or more Customizing schemas according to the business processes in the various plants.

For each Customizing schema, maintain the preferred basic settings.

On the overview screen of the Customizing schemas, flag one Customizing schema as standard.

You must flag one Customizing schema even if you use only one Customizing schema.

Assign the Customizing schemas to the plants.

For plants that use the standard Customizing schema, you do not need to make any entries due to the integrated logic.
