W_STW_WD_SO_005 - Define Grouping Schema and Assign Countries

Define the system settings that determine the countries/regions in which customers can be maintained in the sales order application of the In-Store Merchandise and Inventory Management business function.

The countries/regions you enter here are displayed in a dropdown list in the maintenance dialog for customer master data when the input help for the country/region field is called.

The country/region keys must already have been created in the system.

You can configure this activity to create schema with basic settings:

1. Define one or more grouping schemas depending on whether the requirements of the business process are the same or different in your sites. Assign the required country/region keys to each grouping schema. Using an indicator, you can define whether it is also possible to enter a region for each country/region key.
2. Flag a grouping schema as standard on the overview screen of the grouping schemas. You must set this flag even if you only use one grouping schema.
