W_WB2B_0A01 - Define Association Groups
ABAP Short Reference TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local CurrencyThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this IMG activity, you specify the following parameters for association management:
- Association Level
- This parameter defines the level at which the purchasing document material in the contract is associated with the sales document material. Valid entries are:
- Portfolio/Material
- Portfolio/Material Group
- Portfolio
- In each case, you must assign a portfolio before you use association in a trading contract.
- Search Period
- This parameter defines the way in which the portfolio is used to find possible candidates for association. If you specify that association candidates must fall into the same period as the receiving item, the system will only propose candidates with exactly the same portfolio. If, on the other hand, you allow candidates belonging to different periods to be included in the search, the system may propose different portfolios. These portfolios, however, will be different only in that they belong to different periods; their key fields will be identical. Further options define whether candidates can also be identified through a portfolio hierarchy or from a full database search (complete access).
- Valid entries are:
- Candidates all belong to the same period
- Candidates can belong to different periods
- Candidates are determined by portfolio hierarchy
- Candidates are determined from complete access
- Reassociation Strategy
- This parameter allows you to define the rule for redistributing quantities during automatic reassociation. The reassociation strategy is checked whenever the quantity of an item that has been associated already is subsequently changed.
- Valid entries are:
- Proportionally
- Descending: item with the largest association quantity first
- Ascending: item with smallest association quantity first
- User-defined # You can use a BAdI to define a rule for redistributing the total reassociated quantity.
- Display Quantity Unit
- This parameter specifies the quantity unit to be displayed in association management. Valid entries are:
- Base unit of measure
- Quantity unit of purchasing-side trading contract item
- Quantity unit of sales-side trading contract item
- Association Determination
- This parameter specifies whether or not association determination is active during document entry. Valid entries are:
- Active during document entry
- Not active during document entry
- If you choose Active During Document Entry, after the user enters an item and quantity, the system displays a list of items that can be or already are associated, based on the assigned portfolio.
- Reservation Mode
- This parameter defines the point in time from which items (quantities) can be used for associations when a trading contract is created or changed. The most common approach is to treat items assigned to a portfolio as "associatable" items only after the trading contract has been released. However, if you want to allow users to create associations even before a trading contract is released, you can set this parameter to Can Be Used Immediately (No Reservation). In this case, even unreleased document items will be treated as associatable items by the system.
