In this Customizing activity, you define incompleteness groups.

When the fields defined in the incompleteness group are not maintained in the trading contract, the system checks if you can approve the trading contract and release the follow-on purchasing or sales documents.

Create an incompleteness group for each trading contract type.
For each incompleteness group, you define the fields to be checked from the structures KOMWBHD, KOMWBHE, KOMWBHI and KOMWBHK.

The incompleteness group for a drop-shipment contract contains data for purchasing and sales, such as the purchase price and the sales price. If the purchase price or sales price is missing in the trading contract and the completeness check flag is active in the definition of the trading contract type, you cannot set the trading contract to an active status.
