In this step, you define the screen layout for portfolio reports.

You use these reports to analyze portfolio records according to different criteria.

Check the standard report to determine if it meets your requirements.

You can create your own portfolio report. To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Enter a two-character name and a title of the portfolio report you want to create.
   
2. All key fields that are used in portfolios appear in alphabetical order on the following data screen. Select all key fields that should be used in the portfolio report. If you choose Continue with OR, all portfolio tables are displayed that contain at least one of the selected key fields. If you choose Continue with AND, only the portfolio tables that contain all the selected key fields are displayed.
3. Select all portfolio tables that should be analyzed on the next screen.
   
4. Choose Position fieldsto define the screen layout of the portfolio report. Make sure that all key fields from the selected tables appear on the following data screen. Fields that should not be used as selection criteria when displaying the list, can be suppressed by cancelling the check mark in the Selection column. You can also indicate fields as obligatory on the selection screen.
