In this Customizing activity, you define how to determine which document items are relevant for invoice forecasting based on calculation schemas defined in portfolio management. You can define different determination types with different calculation schemas and assign them to trading contract types.

• You have defined a calculation schema in the Customizing activity Define Calculation Schema.

• You have assigned a calculation schema to a portfolio in the Customizing activity Define Portfolio Tables.

Note

You can only use portfolio tables without a time dependency in the item relevance determination procedure.

In the standard system, the calculation schema must be assigned to application M and pricing procedure M for Global Trade Management.

1. Enter a name and a description for the item determination relevance type.
2. Choose a calculation schema.
3. Specify an execution mode.
